It’s terri able to stay in this hotel hardly something was working in this hotel no hot water insects was roaming around and staff says liezards are common don’t afraid of it worst experience

Not a good stay. Thats all. Expensive for the room. Staff misbehaved bad experience.

The room was good and the check-in experience was nice. However, i had some trouble with ordering food as it was very costly compared to the quality. During check-out, the staff came every 20 minutes to ask when i planned to leave, which forced me to check out earlier than the scheduled time.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The property is located in a street which is very dirty. I had booked room for 3 adults. But the room given to us was so conjusted .it was a double bedroom with no extra space. They put a single bed on the floor and we had absolutely no space to place our feet on the floor. Bathroom was too small .A fat person can't even stand in that. We had a very bad experience. Hotel receptionists were not at all polite. We had to pay extra amount and shift to a new room. It was not worth staying there.

In the hotel they don't give me that room that i booked and the washroom is not clean and the shower is not working in washroom and the room service is not available in the night. No thanks

This hotel is not near the taj mahal. Lift facility available here. You cannot expect much as it's a pure budget friendly hotel. I can't say rooms and toilet are very clean, but it's not too dirty also. Within 1000 per day, it's ok. If your budget is 1500 or more, i would suggest to go for another hotel

Staff behaviour was not polite and they made you feel you are not welcomed there. Also, hot water they said will be avaiable during specific timings only 4am to 10 am and that was not avaiable when we tried in monring at 7 am. When complained they said it is not working and they are trying to fix since 4 am. Which was just excluse. I feel and asked them to arrange hot water in 2 buckets and they only gave 1 bucket. They didn't even provide complimentary water bootle that too we need to pruchse from them at rs30 for 1 liter bottle.
